Square Enix Unveils New Paid Emote: Blow Bubbles in Final Fantasy XIV
In an exciting announcement, Square Enix has introduced a new paid emote, “Blow Bubbles, ”now available for purchase in the FFXIV Online Store. Priced at $7, this emote aligns with the typical pricing for such additions, and it arrives alongside two other new cosmetic items. Notably, one of these items marks the transition of a previously free reward into a paid option.
Overview of the Blow Bubbles Emote
The “Blow Bubbles”emote allows players to enhance their in-game experience by engaging in a whimsical activity. Upon purchasing this emote, players will also receive the “Ballroom Etiquette – Bubbly Diversions”item. During its use, the character performs an adorable animation, pulling out a wand and a tub of bubble solution to blow bubbles, which linger in the air for a short time. This feature is perfect for capturing memorable moments in the game.

In addition to the new emote, the FFXIV Online Store has also released two new outdoor furnishings: the Garden Palm Tree and the Cactus Patch, each priced at $5. The official screenshots provide a clear scale, featuring various avatars that illustrate the height of these decorative items.
Returning Event Reward Becomes Paid Item
Additionally, an old reward from the Little Lady’s Day event—specifically the Peatie Mount from the March 2024 edition—has transitioned to a permanent paid item. Previously obtainable during the event, players can now purchase this mount for $12. This change aligns with the store’s existing offerings of paid mounts, reflecting a growing trend of monetizing past event rewards.

Final Fantasy XIV is accessible on multiple platforms, including PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. Players can now purchase the new “Blow Bubbles”emote directly from the FFXIV Online Store.
