It is important to note that access to games on the GeForce NOW platform requires owners to possess a copy or license, such as through PC Game Pass, to begin gameplay.
New Playtime Caps and Expansion Plans
Additionally, Nvidia has implemented new playtime caps within GeForce NOW, requiring subscribers to purchase additional playtime if they exceed their allotted hours. In a move to broaden accessibility, the company announced that GeForce NOW will receive a dedicated application for the Steam Deck, allowing users to access the service seamlessly on portable gaming devices.
Looking ahead, 2025 will mark a significant expansion for GeForce NOW, as the service aims to launch in India, facilitating cloud gaming access for a rapidly growing audience in the region.
