Stand directly beneath the Coulant Waterway Bridge, located in the southeast of Lumiose City, specifically between the areas of Wild Zone 2 and Wild Zone 17.

Once both conditions are fulfilled, the evolution icon will activate on Galarian Yamask’s portrait in the menu, indicating that it can evolve into Runerigus.

The easiest technique to deplete Galarian Yamask’s HP by the necessary 49 points is to equip it with a Focus Sash and challenge a high-level Pokémon from Wild Zone 20. This tactic ensures that Galarian Yamask’s health is reduced to 1 HP, which is sufficient as long as its total HP is greater than 50.
