In Pokémon Legends: Z-A’s Mega Dimension DLC, players can encounter Galarian Farfetch’d in 3-Star Hyperspace Wild Zones (Fighting-type) or higher? However, due to the rarity of this Pokémon, it may take numerous attempts and Hyperspace rerolls before it appears.

During our gameplay experience, we successfully stumbled upon a Galarian Farfetch’d in a 3-Star Wild Zone after we took down and captured Mega Heatran during the Hyperspace Lumiose Survey No.5. This significant battle led to an increase in the number of 3-Star zones visible on our map. To evolve Galarian Farfetch’d into Sirfetch’d, players must achieve three Critical Strikes in a single battle. An effective strategy involves using the move False Swipe against a low-level Pokémon while Galarian Farfetch’d holds the Leek item, which significantly boosts the Pokémon’s critical hit ratio.

Once you have both the False Swipe move and the Leek item ready, head to Wild Zone 1. Utilize False Swipe repeatedly on any Pokémon you encounter in the area. After sufficient attempts, Galarian Farfetch’d will become eligible for evolution into Sirfetch’d.

Note that False Swipe can inflict critical hits even when the target Pokémon is at 1 HP, although you may not receive a notification on your screen confirming this.

Acquiring False Swipe

Galarian Farfetch’d learns False Swipe at level 25. Pokémon found in 3-Star Hyperspace Wild Zones typically fall within the level range of 20-24, meaning minimal leveling will allow you to teach this move to your Farfetch’d.

Obtaining the Leek Item

Commence Side Mission 133: Farfetch’d Ambush! located near the Juane Pokémon Center, east of Wild Zone 19, to obtain a Leek for free from the quest giver. Completing this mission also rewards players with the False Swipe TM.
