The initial Motor Controller for Lend Lease Part 1 in Escape from Tarkov is quite easy to find. It is situated inside a black SUV at a checkpoint on the western side of the sawmill, often frequented by Shturman. The SUV door might be closed, so simply open the front door to retrieve the first controller.

The first gyroscope is located within a weapon box on a pickup truck. You can find this truck on the western end of the sawmill, adjacent to the gray warehouse.

Finding the Second and Third Motor Controllers and the Second Gyroscope on Shoreline

On Shoreline, you will need to collect two Motor Controllers to complete Lend Lease Part 1 in Escape from Tarkov. The second Controller (the first on Shoreline) can be found at the southwestern part of the weather station, beneath a ridge inside a broken wooden crate.

Finding the Third Motor Controller

For this Controller, you will need the key for either west wing room 308 or 306 to unlock the door. After you open one of the rooms, proceed to the balcony where you will find the third Controller nestled in a small cardboard box near a generator. If you have trouble finding the key, it can be purchased from the flea market.

The second gyroscope is also situated within the Health Resort on Shoreline. However, this one is located in the west wing of the building. You will require the key to west wing room 216 to access the locked door and grab the gyroscope. Note that retrieving it may be a bit challenging as it hides inside a small wardrobe or closet.

Once you have collected and submitted all the Motor Controllers and gyroscopes to Skier, you will successfully complete Lend Lease Part 1 in Escape from Tarkov.
