The eagerly anticipated Netflix reality show, Love Is Blind: Germany, launched its first season on January 3, 2025, featuring 30 contestants. Out of six engagements, only five couples embarked on a romantic getaway in Greece. This series marks a new chapter in the expanding international franchise, following the intense conclusion of Love Is Blind season 7 on October 30, 2024, and the captivating Love Is Blind: Habibi, known for its memorable moments. Hosted by Stephanie “Steffi”Brungs and her husband, Christian Wackert, this season was filled with emotional highs and lows as participants navigated love and heartbreak.

At the premiere, Netflix unveiled the first four episodes, detailing the speed dating experiences and engagements that occurred within the pods. Notably, Sally and Medina’s engagement was marked by an awkward first encounter, reminiscent of the previous season’s awkward moments. Despite agreeing to the engagement, Sally ultimately decided to leave, raising questions about their compatibility.
