Elle King Announces Pregnancy with Dan Tooker at Gender Reveal Party

Elle King, the Grammy-nominated musician, announced on Monday, September 23, that she and her partner, tattoo artist Daniel Tooker, are expecting their second child. The joyful news was shared via an Instagram reel featuring the couple and their 3-year-old son, Lucky Levi, enjoying a gender reveal celebration with blue confetti.

In her Instagram post, Elle King wrote, “Doubling down 💙.”On that same day, she also shared a heartwarming picture with her son, expressing her gratitude and happiness. This announcement came shortly after she released her latest musical project, High Road, on September 20, 2024.

Elle King and Dan Tooker: A Journey Since 2019

Elle King, aged 35, and Dan Tooker, 33, first crossed paths in 2019 when King visited Tooker’s tattoo parlor. Their connection blossomed quickly, leading to a proposal in October 2020. They welcomed their son, Lucky Levi, in September 2021.

However, by April 2023, speculation about their relationship surfaced when King attended the Stagecoach music festival wearing a jacket that read ‘single.’ This sparked rumors about a potential separation. King later confirmed their split but also shared that they had managed to reconcile.

In a conversation with PEOPLE on September 18, 2024, King revealed that she and Tooker had recently rekindled their relationship after resolving previous issues. “We had to grow,”she stated, noting that their son Lucky played a pivotal role in uniting them once again.

“He’s definitely brought me and his dad back together just because, what are we doing? We have everything that both of us have ever wanted right here.”

Elle King underscored the significance of family and how Lucky’s presence inspired them to give their relationship another shot.

“This is worth trying. This is worth wiping a slate clean,”she explained.

In the same interview in September 2024, King shared exciting news of purchasing a new home in the picturesque mountains of Nashville.

“We just bought a really gorgeous new house in the mountains of Nashville,”King revealed. “It’s happy, it’s beautiful. I’m very happy, I’m very content, which is nice, and I don’t know if I’ve ever really felt that, so it’s a blessing.”She added.

Her latest track, High Road, was released on September 20, just days before the gender reveal announcement. The song reflects her life experiences, personal growth, and challenges within her music career.
