This release introduces several improvements to WebUI2, alongside fixes for numerous crash issues.

  • Support for the Appearance, Browser Behavior, and Features page in WebUI2 has been implemented.
  • A new link for printer settings is available under the System and Performance section in WebUI2.

Improvements

  • An Autofill Profile crash issue on Android has been fixed.
  • The browser no longer crashes on iOS when the ‘Close All’ button is clicked while using InPrivate mode.
  • Resolved a crash that occurred on iOS after switching between PDF tabs multiple times.

Behavior Changes

  • Group buttons now correctly adjust foreground colors when high contrast mode is enabled for vertical tabs.
  • A transparent background issue in the Downloads dialog under WebUI2 has been rectified.
  • Resolved a bug where the ‘Pick a color’ option did not display colors when a theme was selected or after refreshing the browser.
  • Theme color adjustments have been made for better visibility in Tab Center.

  • Fixed an issue where the navigation bar improperly displayed in landscape mode while scrolling on the New Tab Page (NTP).

iOS Fixes

  • Addressed freezing issues on iOS when using the camera without being logged into an account.
  • The address bar now appears promptly after leaving Copilot on iOS.
  • Fixed a delay in the appearance of the composer at the bottom after clicking Copilot on the NTP with a repositioned search box.
