To accumulate Battle Honors in Door Kickers 2: Task Force North, players need to complete Campaign missions and gather Stars. Specifically, for every seven Stars earned in a single Campaign mission, you receive one Battle Honor. This means, by undertaking a Campaign that features multiple missions, you can amass up to 3 Battle Honors.

Newcomers might notice that some missions in the Campaign menu are grayed out. These missions require the completion of several solo missions before they are unlocked. You can easily determine how many solo missions are necessary by hovering over the inactive Campaigns in the menu.

Once you unlock a Campaign, you can replay it an unlimited number of times. Be aware, however, that these Campaign missions present increased difficulty, with larger maps and more enemies. To ensure victory, equip your Squad with the finest gear available.

Furthermore, select Campaign missions may also award Battle Honors as bonus rewards, enhancing your chances of earning this crucial currency.

The Tour of Duty Campaigns stand out as the most effective means of accumulating Battle Honors, allowing you to extend the duration of these campaigns. Currently, two such Campaigns are available: Northern Belt and Shrine District.

Each of these campaigns spans over seven days, after which you can choose from three options:

  • Continue: Keep the Campaign active for an additional week of missions.
  • R & R: Recover for one week at the cost of 2 Intel.
  • Retire: Conclude the Tour and claim the Battle Honors you’ve earned thus far.

Additionally, activating Iron Man mode at the start of your campaign significantly boosts your rewards, including more Battle Honors. However, this mode introduces challenging modifiers, such as No Restart and Permadeath, heightening the overall difficulty.

Embarking on the Campaign mode in Door Kickers 2: Task Force North may prove challenging for newcomers. If you encounter difficulties, prioritize unlocking Doctrine upgrades and acquiring superior weapons and gear through Solo Missions. In due time, you will unlock more Campaigns, amassing the Battle Honors necessary to elevate your Squad to its full potential.
