For those unfamiliar, Amazon Prime subscribers were able to claim a complimentary Ultimate Team Pack each month in EA FC 24. These packs typically included several players and consumables, making them especially beneficial for Ultimate Team players, particularly newcomers. Many are hopeful for their return in this year’s iteration.
As of now, neither EA Sports nor Amazon has provided an official announcement regarding the release date of the Prime Packs. However, if they do return for EA FC 25, a potential release window could be late October 2024, following the release pattern established in FC 24.
When could the EA FC 25 Prime Packs be released?
The inaugural Prime Pack for EA FC 24 launched around mid-October 2023, just weeks following the game’s release. It featured Erling Haaland on loan for eight Ultimate Team matches, alongside four Untradeable Gold Rare Players, one Untradeable Player Pick with 81+ Overall, and six Rare Consumables.
If EA Sports maintains a similar scheduling strategy, the first EA FC 25 Prime Pack could debut around the third or fourth week of October 2024. Furthermore, given that the FC 24 Ultimate Team Prime Pack was accessible on all platforms—including PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch—it is likely that FC 25’s Prime Pack will also be compatible across these platforms.
However, it is essential to note that there is currently no confirmation regarding the availability of Prime Packs for FC 25; the aforementioned timeline remains speculative.
How to potentially redeem EA FC 25 Prime Packs?
If the Prime Packs return in EA FC 25, the redemption process should resemble that of FC 24. Here’s how to potentially claim them:
- Log in to your Amazon Prime account and visit the Prime Gaming home page.
- Navigate to the EA FC Prime Packs section and select “Get in-game content“. First-time claimants will need to link their Amazon Prime and EA accounts. Follow the on-screen instructions, ensuring you link the correct accounts.
- Once your accounts are linked, the Prime Pack will be claimed and sent to your in-game account. Note that delivery may take about an hour.
- Open EA FC 25, navigate to Ultimate Team, go to the Store, and then to the My Packs tab to access your Prime Pack after it has been delivered.
It’s important to remember that EA FC 24 Prime Packs required an active Amazon Prime subscription, and it is likely the same will apply should they return for FC 25.
