Dying Light: The Beast Unveils Exciting Eleven-Week Update Roadmap

Techland, the developer behind the popular game Dying Light: The Beast, has revealed an ambitious eleven-week update plan aimed at enhancing the gaming experience for players. Following a successful launch just a month ago, the team is gearing up to introduce several thrilling features and improvements over the next three months.

Key Upcoming Features and Collaborations

The roadmap includes highly anticipated additions such as:

  • New Game+ mode
  • Legend Levels
  • Nightmare Difficulty for seasoned players
  • New weapon executions
  • Ray Tracing support on PC, which had been previously removed shortly before launch, impacting visual fidelity

In addition to these compelling upgrades, Techland is set to engage with players through an exciting collaboration with PUBG Mobile. This partnership promises to bring fresh content and experiences to the community.

Introducing Call of the Beast Community Initiative

Beginning today and running until January 7, 2026, Techland has launched a global community event titled Call of the Beast. This initiative invites players from around the globe to unite and tackle weekly challenges designed to promote teamwork, dedication, and the vibrant spirit of the Dying Light community.

Every Thursday, new challenges will be unveiled, each accompanied by exclusive rewards for participants upon successful completion. These rewards often include new weapons and unique vehicle skins, providing players with exciting incentives to engage in the event. To earn the weekly prizes, players must meet the objectives set for that particular challenge.

Unlocking Exclusive Rewards

Players who collectively complete a minimum of 17 out of 22 goals will unlock a special secret Legendary Reward at the event’s conclusion. Furthermore, if the community surpasses the target by achieving 20 goals, all players who participated in at least one challenge will be granted all available rewards, ensuring inclusivity for both new and seasoned players.

This challenge will run until Thursday, October 23, at 4 PM CEST, encouraging players to band together and make their mark in the game.

Overall, Techland’s approach to enhancing Dying Light: The Beast not only aims to enrich the gaming experience but also fosters a sense of community among players, making every challenge a shared adventure.
