“Durk Supported Him Throughout”— Online Reactions to Trusted OTF Member Who Reportedly Wore a Wire to Snitch on Lil Durk to the Feds
Lil Durk was taken into custody on October 25, 2024, under accusations of murder-for-hire. Currently, authorities have kept much of the information surrounding his arrest under wraps, and he has been moved to Broward County Jail in Florida.
This incident unfolded just one day after the authorities detained five individuals believed to be connected to the murder of Lul Pab, who was related to rapper Quando Rondo. Pab was fatally shot in Los Angeles in 2022 by three assailants. Reports indicate that this act was allegedly orchestrated as a retaliatory measure linked to the 2020 death of King Von.
The five individuals in custody are thought to be linked to Lil Durk’s hip-hop collective, OTF. New revelations regarding this ongoing legal matter suggest that a member of OTF may have informed the authorities about Durk’s activities, leading to his recent arrest.
This information was part of an indictment submitted in the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles. The informant, known as OTF Jam, reportedly wore a wire for several years to assist law enforcement.
As the news spread online, users flocked to The Neighborhood Talk’s Instagram to voice their thoughts. One user remarked:
“Durk was with him the whole way.”
Responses to the post included remarks on trust within the group, with many questioning OTF Jam’s decision to cooperate with authorities.
Legal documents link Lil Durk to the alleged murder plot against Quando Rondo
According to the indictment, OTF Jam has been working with law enforcement for an extended period. The charges further implicated Lil Durk in a conspiracy to commit murder against Quando Rondo.
The legal papers related to Durk’s arrest provided insights into discussions among OTF members about financial arrangements for carrying out the alleged murder. They also indicated that Durk was involved in placing financial bounties on targets meant to be eliminated by OTF associates.
Moreover, the documents reference an individual referred to as T.B., mentioning that anyone who successfully committed the murder would be rewarded with lucrative opportunities within OTF’s music scene.
The murder plot against Quando Rondo in 2022 ultimately led to the loss of his cousin, Lul Pab, with five individuals presently incarcerated for their alleged roles in that event, including Kavon London Grant, Deandre Dontrell Wilson, Keith Jones, David Brian Lindsey, and Asa Houston.
At the time of the incident, Pab and Quando Rondo were at a gas station when the shooting occurred. Despite medical efforts, Lul Pab succumbed to his injuries after being rushed to the hospital.
Pab was an entrepreneur, operating A&S Express Carriers, a trucking business, alongside Supreme Exotic Frenchies, a French bulldog kennel, according to reports from Savannah Now.
