Dune Awakening Guide: Completing Zantara’s Head Contract Successfully

In the expansive universe of Dune Awakening, players often find themselves immersed for hours, engaging in a variety of tasks that may seem trivial in the bigger picture. This is largely due to the vast and intricate world of Arrakis, offering countless opportunities and challenges.

Among the multitude of activities, you can undertake various contracts—missions that allow you to assist a nameless employer in exchange for enticing rewards. Notably, the contract known as Zantara’s Head stands out with an astonishing payout, targeted at those willing to eliminate the individual who previously saved your character’s life.

How to Obtain the Zantara’s Head Contract

Griffin Trade Outpost Location

To begin your journey in Dune Awakening, you’ll need to make your way to the Griffin Trading Outpost. It’s advisable to progress toward this location while completing introductory missions, as it requires a bit of exploration.

Although you’ll eventually gain the ability to build a sandbike, the quest will lead you to the Trading Outpost before you have access to the necessary materials. Upon arrival, visit the contracts board—the primary focus will likely be the Scrap Mettle mission. However, alongside it, you’ll notice the intriguing Zantara’s Head contract, requiring you to eliminate Zantara.

Executing the Zantara’s Head Contract

When considering the Zantara’s Head contract, it’s essential to acknowledge that it may serve as a humorous distraction rather than a genuine mission. At such an early stage in the game, accumulating a million Solaris can feel almost impossible. Moreover, Zantara operates as a spectral figure, remaining in contact without ever revealing himself physically during this early gameplay phase.

While you can choose to accept this contract, it could lead to unnecessary clutter in your contract management interface, which might be frustrating. Eventually, you will encounter Zantara again before the Third Trial of Aql, at which point you can kill him and take his ring as proof of your action.

However, it is important to note that while the contract will show as complete, you will not receive any tangible reward for this endeavor. This peculiar aspect of the mission seems to serve as a commentary on the morally ambiguous motivations of those placed in power on Arrakis.

In light of this, we advise considering loyalty to your enigmatic savior instead of pursuing the contract, as it enhances your narrative experience within the captivating world of Dune Awakening.
