draw.io Desktop 24.1.0
The draw.io desktop application is a secure diagramming tool that can be downloaded and used on Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems. It does not require an internet connection to create diagrams, making it ideal for situations where there is limited connectivity or strict security measures in place. All diagrams created in the desktop app are stored locally on the user’s device, as the application is designed to be used offline and does not have any links to cloud storage platforms. However, users still have the option to save their diagrams in synchronized folders for cloud storage if preferred.
The diagram editor is user-friendly and simple to use.
The draw.io apps function similarly to the office and drawing tools that you are accustomed to using.

- You can either manually drag connectors to add waypoints and specify a specific shape and placement, or allow them to automatically reroute.
