Dragon’s Dogma 2 – Can You Hide Your Head Armor?

Despite having fewer possible combinations than its predecessor, Dragon’s Dogma 2 offers a plethora of armor pieces for players to enhance both the appearance and stats of their Arisen and Pawns. With a wide range of customization options, players can easily make their characters stand out in the game.

Despite its re-release as Dark Arisen, one issue that remains in the original game is the inability to conceal the helmet or head armor. This forces players to remove their head gear in order to view their characters’ faces. Is this still an issue in Dragon’s Dogma? Let’s discover the answer.

Customizing Armor Appearance in Dragon’s Dogma 2

Regrettably, it is not feasible to conceal your currently equipped head armor in Dragon’s Dogma 2. While certain items, such as the Iron Helm, may offer additional features like raising the visor, removing the equipment is the only way to view your character’s face.

Fortunately, there are many head armor options that allow your Arisen and Pawns’ faces to be seen, allowing you to both prioritize fashion and protection. However, certain items may not be accessible at the beginning of the game, requiring progress in the main quest to obtain them.
