User Interface Enhancements
- The interface has been optimized for a smoother experience; all background tasks now run on threads rather than the asynchronous interface.

Improvements to Package Managers
- Cargo is now correctly detected by the system.
- NPM packages are fully parsed using JSON, which enhances reliability.
- Significant improvements have been made to the package details parsers for Pip and Scoop.
- Authenticated sources for Chocolatey will now be visible within UniGetUI.
- The WinGet COM API will function when running UniGetUI as an administrator, with upgraded detection for bundled WinGet packages.
- The WinGet PowerShell module is no longer utilized for parsing packages.
