Improvements to Package Managers

• Cargo is now correctly detected by the system.
• NPM packages are fully parsed using JSON, which enhances reliability.
• Significant improvements have been made to the package details parsers for Pip and Scoop.
• Authenticated sources for Chocolatey will now be visible within UniGetUI.
• The WinGet COM API will function when running UniGetUI as an administrator, with upgraded detection for bundled WinGet packages.
• The WinGet PowerShell module is no longer utilized for parsing packages.
