Apple has officially launched the third beta version of its highly anticipated iOS 18.5 and iPadOS 18.5 updates, catering to both iPhone and iPad users. Additionally, there are several other updates that have come along, including the macOS 15.5, which introduces new features that you can explore immediately.

New Beta Updates Released for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and More

For developers who are registered, the process to download and install the latest beta of iOS 18.5 and iPadOS 18.5 is straightforward. Simply access the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad and navigate to General > Software Update > Beta Updates. Ensure your Apple ID is associated with a Developer Account to enable over-the-air updates. The installation process remains consistent for both the iPhone and iPad.

In addition to the iOS update, Apple has also made the macOS Sequoia 15.5 beta 3 available for developers. Users can install this update through the Software Update option in System Settings. Again, ensure your Apple ID is linked to your Developer Account to receive this beta version. Without proper login, the update will not be listed in your Mac’s Settings.

On another front, the company has released watchOS 11.5 beta 5 for developers. This update can be downloaded via the Apple Watch app on your iPhone by navigating to General > Software Update > Beta Update. It’s essential to have your Apple Watch charged above 50 percent and connected to a power source during this process. Furthermore, your iPhone should be within Bluetooth range of the Apple Watch and connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network.
