Important Notes on Known Issues
It is crucial to note that a non-DDU related issue has been reported with Windows 11 version 24H2: users may find their PIN is ineffective in Safe Mode. To address this, please ensure you are familiar with your password and adjust your settings accordingly:
- Navigate to Settings → Accounts → Sign-in options
- Under Additional settings, disable the option that restricts sign-in to Windows Hello for Microsoft accounts on your device.
Note: Your password needs to be used at least once in normal mode for it to be recognized in Safe Mode.
