Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, known professionally as Doja Cat, has recently dispelled engagement rumors with her boyfriend Joseph Quinn. According to a report by Page Six, on Sunday, September 22, 2024, the talented rapper took to her X account (which has since been deleted) to clarify the situation for her fans. She stated:

“no, im not engaged its a David Yurman ring with no rocks in it.”

The Say So hitmaker’s remarks followed sharp-eyed fans noticing a ring on her left hand during her captivating performance at the iHeartRadio Music Festival on Saturday. While performing her song Agoura Hills, she pointed to her finger during the verse:

“Rub it in their face, put a rock on her hand.”

Doja Cat and Stranger Things star Joseph Quinn seem to have made their relationship public last month when they were seen enjoying time together in London. However, Doja Cat has confirmed that she is not engaged to Joseph Quinn.

One photo captured Quinn with his arms around the rapper while they enjoyed the Osees rock concert at Dingwalls, a pub in London. Another image showed the couple walking hand-in-hand, relishing a stroll.

Fans speculated online that the rapper had manifested her romance with the A Quiet Place: Day One star, linking this to her prior discussion with Noah Schnapp, where she expressed her desire to be set up with his Stranger Things co-star, Quinn.

In 2022, Noah Schnapp publicly shared a private Instagram conversation with Doja Cat, revealing her inquiry about whether Quinn had a girlfriend. He responded:

“LMAOO slide into his dms.”

Doja Cat replied that she didn’t have Joseph Quinn’s social media handles to reach out, prompting Schnapp to provide her with the actor’s Instagram. He later shared this conversation on TikTok.
