File Explorer Enhancements

The latest update to File Explorer introduces a dedicated ‘Shared’ tab, allowing users to easily access files shared with them. If you log into Windows using your Microsoft account, you’ll see files shared via email or Microsoft Teams. Additionally, commercial users signed in with their Microsoft Entra ID will have visibility into files shared with others in their network. To utilize this feature, simply navigate to File Explorer Home and select the ‘Shared’ tab.

Moreover, the Recent, Favorites, and Shared sections have been expanded to display a wider range of file types. For instance, files accessed through Designer, Loop, Power BI, and Forms will now prominently appear in your Recent list.
