Diddy’s Alleged Victim Claims Drugging and Sexual Assault by Multiple Partygoers
In a recent lawsuit, one of the individuals accusing Sean Diddy Combs claims he was raped and subjected to sexual assault by the rapper and several of his associates during a gathering in New York City in October 2021. This lawsuit is part of a larger wave of litigation against Combs, with six additional cases being filed in federal court in the Southern District of New York on October 14, as detailed by CNN.
The newly filed lawsuits are submitted under the pseudonyms John Doe and Jane Doe to maintain anonymity. Allegations within these cases include claims of sexual assault, rape, and drink-spiking, with at least two incidents supposedly occurring between 1998 and 2006 at Diddy’s notorious “White Parties.”Each plaintiff is reportedly seeking compensatory damages.
One particular lawsuit alleges that Diddy and his associates gang-raped a man, who referred to himself as John Doe and reportedly works at a firm called Royal Reigns Management.
The plaintiff asserts that while at the party, some of Diddy’s associates offered him an unknown substance, which he declined. However, he later consumed a drink, which he believes was contaminated with a potent drug. His next memory involves waking up in a bedroom with Combs and his associates.
“The effects of the drink were immediate and overpowering. While he had a vague awareness of his environment, he was unable to move, speak, or resist,” the legal complaint elaborated.
According to the allegations, Doe recalls observing a “naked Combs” and claims he was sodomized by at least three men. The lawsuit goes on to describe:
“The Plaintiff felt immobilized—trapped within his own body. He distinctly remembers Combs above him, unclothed, during the assault. At that moment, he was sodomized by at least three individuals.”
Attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents several of Diddy’s alleged victims, stated that John Doe is still undergoing therapy to cope with the trauma from that evening.
“Combs exploited his titles and authority associated with the Combs Business, including roles as CEO, Founder, and Chairman, to enable and continue the violent assault on the Plaintiff, while also intimidating him into silence in the years that followed,” Buzbee claimed.
Sean Diddy Combs is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, following his arrest on September 16. He faces multiple charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution purposes.
Sean Diddy Combs faces new allegations of sexual misconduct, with one case involving a minor
The six additional lawsuits filed against Sean Diddy Combs are part of a broader effort led by Tony Buzbee, a Houston attorney, along with his co-counsel Andrew Van Arsdale, who claim to represent over 120 individuals alleging misconduct by the rapper.
Among the allegations, one complaint details an incident where Diddy purportedly sexually assaulted a 16-year-old boy at a White Party in Hampton in 1998. The lawsuit states that the rapper allegedly instructed the boy to “drop his pants and expose” himself, claiming it was a rite of passage necessary to become a star.
This alleged victim expressed that “Combs utilized his power and influence over John Doe because he knew John Doe aspired to be a star,” leading to the sexual assault.
Another accuser, who also identifies as John Doe, alleges he was assaulted by Diddy in 2006 while working as security at one of these exclusive events. According to him, Diddy provided him with drug-laced drinks, forced him into a van, and subjected him to sexual harassment, prompting him to report the incident to his supervisor afterward.
In a separate case, another John Doe has accused Diddy and retail giant Macy’s of sexual assault. The plaintiff alleges that he was assaulted by Combs and his bodyguards in the stockroom of Macy’s flagship store in New York back in 2008, claiming that he was coerced into performing oral sex.
“Combs approached the Plaintiff while he was on his hands and knees. After the incident, Combs discarded the Plaintiff’s head with a comment akin to, ‘shut up or I’ll kill you’,” the lawsuit alleges.
The lawsuit further claims that after reporting the alleged assault to Macy’s security, no action was taken, and shortly after, Macy’s allegedly forced the termination of the plaintiff’s employment, possibly due to a business contract with Sean John Clothing.
The fourth and fifth lawsuits involve alleged female victims, referred to as Jane Doe. One account mentions a 19-year-old college student who was invited to Diddy’s 2004 hotel party, where he reportedly became “aggressive”and “demanded her friend engage in oral sex or they would face fatal consequences.”
In another lawsuit, a female victim described how Diddy “unexpectedly”initiated kissing her at a music video afterparty in 1995. The complaint elaborated:
“Feeling confused and uncomfortable, she asked him to slow down, thinking they were simply there to have a conversation. Instead, Combs became forceful.”
When Jane Doe attempted to pull away, it is alleged that he physically assaulted her, slamming her head against the wall, which caused her to fall to the ground. The lawsuit also claims that the rapper raped her.
The trial for Sean Combs is set for May 5, 2025.
