Diddy to Testify in Federal Court Trial Regarding Cassie Ventura Assault Video, According to Lawyer Marc Agnifilo

Marc Agnifilo expressed that Sean “Diddy”Combs is prepared to disclose comprehensive details regarding his involvement in the ongoing case.

The lawyer remarked:

“I don’t know that I could keep him off the stand. I think he is very eager to share his narrative and I anticipate that he will cover every facet of his story, including what is depicted in the video. So, I expect it’s going to be explained by the both of us.”

If Diddy takes the stand, he may be subject to rigorous questioning regarding multiple controversies, particularly the Cassie Ventura assault video that became widely circulated in May 2024. However, Agnifilo indicated his confidence in the rapper’s assertions. According to TMZ, Combs’ story encompasses “love, hurt, and heartbreak.”

Marc Agnifilo was also queried about the likelihood of Combs being interrogated regarding the purported “freak off parties”during his testimony. In response, he stated:

“He has his story, and he has a narrative that I believe only he can communicate in the way he can, in real time. It’s a human story filled with love, hurt, and heartbreak.”

The attorney further elaborated on Combs’ relationship with Cassie Ventura, mentioning that both individuals are experiencing heartbreak. Additionally, it is noteworthy that Diddy’s bail request was denied by the judge, requiring him to remain incarcerated until the trial commences regarding his legal charges.

As previously mentioned, Marc Agnifilo, Combs’ attorney, conveyed to TMZ that he is “eager”to testify regarding the allegations against the music mogul. Reports indicate that Agnifilo is slated to participate in an interview with TMZ, set to air on September 26.

In the forthcoming interview, Agnifilo alleged that the U.S. government is attempting to undermine the success of a prominent Black figure. The lawyer is expected to assert:

“I don’t know that I could keep him off the stand. I think he is very eager to tell his story, and I believe he will recount every aspect of his narrative, including what is shown in the video. Thus, I believe it will be elucidated by both of us.”

Sean “Diddy”Combs was recently indicted on serious charges last year. Various accusations have been leveled against him, including those related to sex trafficking. Amid these developments, Combs and his former bodyguard, Joseph Sherman, have been implicated in a new lawsuit filed by a Texas woman named Thalia Graves.

Graves alleges that both individuals drugged and sexually assaulted her back in 2001.
