Diddy Faces Allegations of Sexual Assault Against LA Businessman at 2022 Ciroc Party, Athlete Steps In
A recent legal filing has brought serious allegations against rapper Sean Diddy Combs, who is accused of sexually assaulting a businessman in Los Angeles during a party in 2022. An unnamed athlete is reported to have stepped in to diffuse the situation. Combs has been in custody following his arrest on September 16.
This lawsuit is among five new legal claims made against Combs on Sunday, October 20, implicating him in allegations of sexual assault and rape. The suits were submitted anonymously by attorneys Andrew Van Arsdale and Tony Buzbee, who had previously initiated six additional cases against the rapper mere days earlier. The legal team indicated they expect to represent a total of 120 alleged victims against Diddy in the future.
One particular lawsuit, reported by Daily Mail Online, features an anonymous businessman from Los Angeles who alleges sexual assault by Diddy. This individual claims to run a jewelry and luxury car business and often worked with the rapper.
The contentious event unfolded at a promotional celebration for Combs’ Ciroc vodka brand in 2022—an occasion at which the plaintiff says he was a guest. According to the accuser, Combs exhibited erratic behavior due to intoxication.
“Combs began to approach the Plaintiff in a peculiar manner. He removed his pants and directly exposed himself, getting even closer and then inappropriately grabbing the Plaintiff’s genitals through his clothing in a harsh and sexual way.”
The lawsuit continues:
“The Plaintiff was taken aback and momentarily paralyzed, unsure how to react to the bizarrely inappropriate sexual advance made by Combs,”it emphasized.
The complaint asserted that the situation took a turn for the worse before a well-known athlete intervened. After the incident, the accuser reportedly fled Diddy’s office, exited the party, and returned home.
The plaintiff is seeking a jury trial and demands compensatory damages for the emotional trauma and distress incurred.
Sean Diddy Combs accused of drugging and raping 13-year-old girl in another lawsuit
Another lawsuit among the five filed against Diddy alleges that he drugged and raped a 13-year-old girl at a house party in 2000, which occurred shortly after the MTV Video Music Awards, in the company of two unnamed celebrities from the music industry.
The lawsuit, reported by The Mirror US, details that the victim, at the age of 13, was dropped off by a friend at Radio City Music Hall with the intent to attend the VMAs. She then approached several limousine drivers, attempting to gain entry into the event.
One driver claimed to work for Diddy and purportedly informed the young girl that Combs “preferred younger girls”and suggested that she was “ideal for what he desired.”The driver invited her to return later for an afterparty, to which she complied, leading to her being transported in a black limousine to the event.
The plaintiff reportedly signed a non-disclosure agreement upon her arrival at the party, although she claimed not to have received a copy.
“The Plaintiff witnessed rampant drug use at the party, involving marijuana and cocaine. After accepting a drink that resembled a reddish-yellow mixture akin to orange juice and cranberry juice, she soon felt ‘woozy and lightheaded,’ prompting her to enter an unoccupied bedroom,”the lawsuit described.
The suit claims that Combs entered the room with a male and female celebrity, allegedly throwing the plaintiff toward the unnamed male, who began to undress her as she grew increasingly disoriented.
According to the allegations, she was then held down by the male celebrity, who proceeded to rape her while Combs and the female celebrity looked on. The allegations continue:
“After the male celebrity completed the act, Combs then raped the Plaintiff as well. He also attempted to force her to perform oral sex, but she resisted by striking him in the neck, prompting him to stop.”
The plaintiff claimed to have departed the party post-incident. Among the other lawsuits filed on October 20, a musical artist accused Combs of drugging and violating her at a 2022 gathering in New York City. Another allegation came from a male personal trainer who claimed Diddy drugged him and forced him into sexual acts during an after-awards celebration in 2022.
While there has been no comment from Combs’ legal representatives regarding the recent accusations, they previously denied claims made in the lawsuits filed last week. In a statement reported by The Mirror US, the lawyers stated:
“The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s series of filings represent clear attempts to gain publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team maintain confidence in the facts, their defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. We believe that in a court of law, the truth will emerge: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—be it adult or child, man or woman.”
Currently, Sean Diddy Combs remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center located in Brooklyn, New York, facing charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.
