Diddy Addresses Claims from 120 New Accusers, Including Allegation Involving 9-Year-Old Victim

Sean Combs, popularly known as Diddy, has “empathetically and categorically”rejected the sexual assault and abuse allegations brought forth by 120 new accusers. During a press conference on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, Texas attorney Tony Buzbee revealed he is representing these victims, which includes one who was just 9 years old when the alleged assault took place.

In response to these claims, Combs’ attorney, Erica Wolff, stated to Fox News Digital that the allegations are “false and defamatory,”asserting that her client will prove his innocence in court based on “evidence, not speculation.”She remarked:

“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has stressed, he is unable to address every baseless allegation in what has escalated into a reckless media circus. Nonetheless, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies any claims of sexual abuse against anyone, including minors.”

During the press conference, Tony Buzbee alleged that the abuse dates back to 1991 and continues into 2024. He noted that his clients, who are located across the country, came forward after Diddy’s federal indictment. Buzbee stated:

“When we discuss the ages of the victims when the alleged conduct occurred, it’s shocking.”

According to Buzbee, the youngest alleged victim was only nine years old during the episode, with others reported to be aged 14 and 15. He claimed that 25 of the new victims were minors at the time of the alleged incidents.

Buzbee indicated that there might be more minors involved who are not yet part of the lawsuit. He also mentioned his intention to reveal the identities of those who allegedly facilitated Diddy’s actions, stressing that he wants to be “certain”before disclosing any names.

On September 16, federal authorities arrested the “I’ll Be Missing You”singer amid a sex trafficking investigation that included raids on his properties in Los Angeles and Miami. This probe was prompted by numerous lawsuits filed against the rapper, alleging sexual assault and violence.

The situation escalated last November when Combs’ ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, filed a lawsuit against him for rape and abuse. Although Ventura’s lawsuit was resolved quickly, several additional claims were subsequently lodged against the music mogul. Combs has maintained his innocence throughout this period.

In May 2024, CNN unveiled CCTV footage from a 2016 incident, reportedly showing the rapper kicking and dragging Cassie across a hotel lobby, which allegedly corroborated details from her lawsuit. Diddy issued an apology through an Instagram video; however, the video has since been deleted.

A September 2024 report by the El Paso Times cited Diddy’s unsealed indictment, asserting that the rapper allegedly operated a “criminal enterprise”that “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others”to “satisfy his sexual desires”in a “recurrent and widely known”manner.

The indictment further detailed claims of “freak off” parties where Diddy purportedly coerced women into participating in “elaborate and produced sexual performances.”Allegations also include drugging women to ensure their compliance, along with using threats of intimidation, violence, and career repercussions.

Additionally, during the raids, federal agents reportedly confiscated AR-15 firearms, high-capacity magazines, and over 1000 bottles of baby oil.

The rapper is confronting charges including racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation for the purpose of engaging in prostitution. Diddy has been denied bail on two occasions. If found guilty, he could face a minimum sentence of 15 years to a maximum of life imprisonment.
