Diddy Accused of Drugging Pregnant Woman’s Drink Leading to “Blackout” in One of 120 Lawsuits Filed Against the Rapper
Music mogul Sean Diddy Combs is facing significant allegations in one of the 120 lawsuits recently filed against him, according to new reports.
On October 1, 2024, during a press conference, attorney Tony Buzbee announced that Combs allegedly spiked his client’s drink, which led her to experience a “blackout.”Buzbee emphasized that his client is an adult and not a minor.
“An individual, not a minor, attended a group dinner allegedly with Sean Combs in Miami. She wasn’t drinking because she was pregnant. But whatever she drank at the table, at least according to her, was laced with something,”the attorney stated.
It is worth noting that Diddy was arrested on September 16, 2024, at the Park Hyatt Hotel on West 57th Street on charges related to sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
Diddy Accused of Drink-Tampering Incident Involving Pregnant Woman, Lawsuit Claims
On Tuesday, Buzbee also accused Combs of sexually assaulting his client. According to the lawsuit, after drinking the allegedly tampered beverage, the woman reportedly lost consciousness and later awoke in Diddy’s bed with injuries to her genitals.
Furthermore, Buzbee stated that he plans to investigate every potential angle to uncover all those who may be complicit in or connected to the alleged misconduct, indicating that he will leave “no stone unturned.”
“This is an important matter that we intend to aggressively pursue. We will leave no stone unturned to find all potentially liable parties, including any individual or entity who participated in or benefited from this egregious behavior,”Buzbee noted.
The attorney has urged anyone aware of their involvement in the alleged misconduct to step forward before the lawsuit implicates them.
In response to the news conference, Diddy’s new attorney, Erica Wolf, issued a statement asserting that her client denies all “false allegations”against him.
“That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence…,”Wolf said.
Diddy was arrested last month, and a detailed 14-page indictment has been filed against the rapper. According to ABC News, the core three-count federal indictment against Combs includes allegations of drug-fueled orgies, coercion, prostitution, and a cover-up. Additionally, the indictment describes events known as the Freak Off parties orchestrated by Combs.
The Freak Offs referenced in the indictment included recordings of sexual performances and drug-fueled orgies that involved Combs. Reports suggest that numerous high-profile figures participated in these events.
In a recent development regarding the Freak Offs, Diddy’s accuser’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, stated in a September 27 interview with News Nation that the videotapes contain adult content and feature a high-profile individual in addition to Diddy.
“There have already been tapes leaking around Hollywood, but one particular person contacted me about a specific video. I can tell the video was pornographic in nature,”Mitchell-Kidd claimed.
Moreover, the indictment alleges that Diddy has physically assaulted women—striking, punching, dragging, throwing objects, and kicking them—since at least 2008. Currently, music mogul Diddy is being held at the federal detention center in Brooklyn as he awaits trial.
