Diddy Accused of Drugging and Sexually Assaulting Security Worker, Leaving Victim “Deeply Depressed” and Unable to Marry

Sean “Diddy”Combs’ increasing number of sexual assault allegations continues to expand as more individuals come forward. On October 14, 2024, a client represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who is advocating for 120 new accusers against Diddy, filed a lawsuit claiming that the rapper drugged and sexually assaulted him back in August 2006.

As reported by AllHipHop, court documents reveal that the plaintiff, identified as John Doe, was a security guard at an event hosted by Combs in that year. He alleges that the rapper provided him with two drinks that were purportedly spiked with drugs such as GHB or ecstasy.

“As the event unfolded, Combs specifically focused on the plaintiff and served him a pair of alcoholic beverages throughout the evening. After consuming the second drink, the plaintiff felt extremely unwell and leaned against his truck for support… Combs had beforehand, either personally or through his associates/employees, tampered with the drink by adding drugs, including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy,”stated the court documents.

Doe alleged that the effects of the drugs made him feel dizzy and disoriented, culminating in Diddy allegedly forcing him into a van where he was sodomized. The guard claims that when he pleaded for assistance, the rapper disregarded him and repeatedly assured him, “You’ll be alright.”

After the alleged incident, the guard found it difficult to leave the event due to the intoxicating substances in his system. He reported experiencing “a lubricant-like fluid”coming from him and shared the details with his supervisor once he returned home.

The lawsuit described the aftermath of the incident as deeply traumatizing for the guard, significantly impacting his ability to form romantic relationships or consider marriage. It further highlighted the mental health challenges he has faced, leading him to feel “profoundly depressed.”

“Following the assault, the plaintiff dealt with significant emotional distress and mental health struggles, ultimately feeling disgusted and facing debilitating depression. The plaintiff’s personal life has been significantly affected; he remains unmarried and often finds it challenging to maintain relationships due to the trauma from the assault,” the lawsuit noted.

Diddy encounters six additional sexual assault lawsuits

On the same day, six new individuals filed lawsuits in a New York court against Combs, alleging sexual assault. One accuser was a minor during the alleged incident in 1998, when he attended a “White Party”hosted by Combs in the Hamptons. The 16-year-old, who aspired to be a musician, claimed he met the rapper and took a picture with him.

Following this encounter, Combs allegedly took the teenager to a private room and pressured him to undress. The lawsuit asserts that he examined the minor’s genitals while claiming it was “a rite of passage” and “the route to becoming a star.”

Another woman alleged that Combs raped her in 2004 when she was a college student, then 19 years old, after she and a friend were allegedly invited to a party following a photo shoot.

She charged that he forced her friend to perform oral sex under threats of violence, while he also allegedly “fondled, molested, and ultimately raped”her while she was begging him to stop.

Additionally, one lawsuit claimed that another woman was raped by Diddy at a 1995 party for Biggie Smalls’ “One More Chance”music video. Another accuser reported that the rapper compelled him to perform oral sex in a Macy’s stockroom in 2008, while another victim claimed to have been drugged and sexually assaulted by Combs in the presence of others in 2021.

Diddy’s legal team asserts the rapper “has never sexually assaulted anyone”

During a press conference on October 1, attorney Tony Buzbee stated that these recent lawsuits were filed under the “Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act.”He indicated that more allegations would likely come forth in the weeks to come.

In response to the legal claims, Diddy’s attorneys characterized the lawsuits as clear efforts to attract media attention. They maintained the innocence of their client, declaring he “has never sexually assaulted anyone.”

“The press conference and the subsequent attention surrounding today’s influx of filings were evident attempts to gain publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team are fully confident in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. The truth will emerge in court: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”

Combs was denied bail following his arrest for alleged sex trafficking. His trial is set to begin in May 2025.
