After the release of her latest album, Sugar Honey Iced Tea, American rapper Latto launched a tour sharing the same name, which is set to cover 22 cities across the United States. The tour commenced on October 25, 2024, at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida. However, shortly after, the artist faced backlash as a social media user, @only4barbz, posted a video on November 7, capturing rows of empty seats at one of her concerts.

Although it remains unclear which concert or location was depicted, numerous internet users voiced their opinions regarding the empty seats. Some criticized Latto’s ambition in attempting to fill a large venue, with one user commenting:
