Diablo 4 Boss Loot Tables: Complete Guide and Item Drops

Diablo 4 Boss Loot Tables: Complete Guide and Item Drops

Loot collection is a central element of Diablo 4, with Unique items being the apex goal for players aiming to optimize their characters. Since the launch of the game, the approach to obtaining these coveted items has evolved, most notably with the introduction of target-farming mechanics that allow players to seek out specific gear pieces that can define their builds.

The recent addition of Torment-tier bosses during the Season of Blood provides players with challenging encounters that also have the potential to yield Unique weapons and armor. However, loot drops can differ significantly between bosses, making it crucial to understand which boss drops what. Below is an overview of the unique items available from these formidable foes.

Updated January 22, 2024 by Marc Santos: The Season of Witchcraft has introduced eight new Unique items across various classes, although a new boss isn’t included in Season 7. Instead, players can farm these items from existing ladder bosses such as Lord Zir, Varshan, and the Beast in Ice. This guide has been updated with precise locations for the newly added items.

To challenge all ladder bosses, players will need to be in Torment difficulty.
