The forthcoming Intel Panther Lake CPU series is set to deliver impressive performance with a frequency range of 25-64W in its performance mode. Recently, more details about these innovative processors have surfaced, shedding light on their configurations and power specifications.

Intel Panther Lake “Core Ultra 300”: Specs Overview

Expected to debut in late 2025, the Intel Panther Lake-H CPUs have been the subject of speculation for some time. Following the initial unveiling of this chip last year, significant information has surfaced regarding the Core Ultra 300 series. A newly leaked preliminary specifications sheet has provided a detailed account of the core configurations and power levels associated with various models.

This leaked document reveals the presence of Panther Lake-H CPUs (PTL-H) categorized into Performance and Baseline specifications. Notably, information attributed to the leaker @jaykihn0 corroborates earlier details shared about the Panther Lake-H series.

Core Configurations of Panther Lake CPUs

The PTL-H processors come in three distinctive configurations:

  • 4+8+4Xe: Featuring 4 Performance Cores, 8 Efficient Cores, and 4 Xe3 integrated graphics cores.
  • 4+8+12Xe: Comprising 4 Performance Cores, 8 Efficient Cores, and 12 Xe3 iGPU Cores, offering superior graphical capabilities.
  • 4+0+4Xe: Consisting of 4 Performance Cores, no Efficient Cores, and 4 Xe3 iGPU Cores.

To clarify, the notation “4+8+4Xe”breaks down as follows: “4”denotes four Performance cores, “8”indicates eight Efficient cores, and “4Xe”represents four cores powered by the Xe3 architecture, which is the next evolution from Xe2, already in use in Lunar Lake processors.

The most potent variation, equipped with 12 Xe3 cores, is expected to handle graphical tasks much more effectively compared to configurations with fewer cores. Interestingly, the Panther Lake-H models are set to feature enhanced Max Turbo Boost capabilities, with power limits previously estimated between 25-45W, now adjusted to a peak of 64W.
