Alongside this announcement, Kojima showcased the impressive Collector’s Edition and revealed that gamers can begin preordering the title on March 17 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
Set in the aftermath of the original Death Stranding narrative, players will reunite with familiar faces, including Sam Porter Bridges, while new characters will emerge to enrich the story. The game’s PlayStation Store listing, updated in late February, described its innovative gameplay mechanics and narrative focus, emphasizing the return of the Social Strand system which enhances player agency through dynamic encounters with adversaries.
