Koei Tecmo has officially announced a postponement of the launch date for Venus Vacation Prism – Dead or Alive Xtreme, now scheduled for March 27, 2025. This marks a three-week delay from the initial date. Alongside this announcement, a new trailer has been unveiled, offering fans a glimpse into the gameplay and featuring the beloved heroines from the franchise.

Producer’s Insight on the Delay

In a statement released by producer Yasunori Sakuda, the rationale for the delay was shared. Sakuda emphasized the commitment to delivering an exceptional gaming experience, noting that the team has opted to expand the number of game episodes and enhance overall quality. This approach aims to ensure that players receive a robust and fulfilling experience, free from compromises.

New Gameplay Trailer Released

Koei Tecmo has also disclosed the system requirements for the PC version of the game. The minimum requirements include:

  • Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 1650 (4GB VRAM) or AMD Radeon RX 570 (8GB VRAM)

On the other hand, the recommended settings feature:

Geographic Availability and Localization

While Venus Vacation Prism – Dead or Alive Xtreme will have its initial launch limited to Japan, South Korea, and select Southeast Asian countries, an English localization is planned for these regions. The game was first unveiled in late September 2024, generating excitement among its fanbase.
