Dame Dash Defends Kanye West Amid Sexual Assault Allegations from Ex-Assistant Lauren Pisciotta

“Regardless of the situation, Kanye is my brother, and I genuinely hope the claims made are not true. If they are, then I truly empathize with what the young woman has gone through.”

Dame further referred to a 2019 incident involving Monique Bunn, who accused him of inappropriate behavior while she was at his home for a video shoot. He remarked:

“As someone who has faced accusations of sexual assault myself and endured a trial over it, I understand how the media highlights such claims but often ignores the eventual verdict when the truth prevails.”

In February 2023, a federal jury exonerated Dame Dash of any wrongdoing in Monique Bunn’s allegations.

According to her statement, the drinks were distributed at Kanye’s instruction, and she made it clear in her lawsuit that she does not hold Diddy accountable for any misconduct. The updated allegations contend that Kanye West “drugged and raped”her, describing her experience as one of confusion and severe illness the following day after reluctantly consuming a drink at the studio.

During his America Nu Network segment, Dame Dash spoke about Lauren’s claims, saying:

“Clearly, something made her uncomfortable, yet she continued to work with him. I want to comprehend why that happened, honestly.”

Dame noted that the landscape of lawsuits is vast, urging a thorough examination of claims to determine which will stand in court.
