Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition Set for Physical Release on Nintendo Switch 2

Excitement is building as the Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition gears up for its physical release, coinciding with the debut of the Nintendo Switch 2. Notably, players will not need to download any additional content; the entire game, including the Phantom Liberty expansion, will be pre-loaded on a 64 GB cartridge.

Jan Rosner, the Vice President of Business at CD Projekt Red, officially announced via social media that the Ultimate Edition will be available at launch for $69.99 or €69.99. This release is set for June 5th, aligning perfectly with the global rollout of the Nintendo Switch 2.

Although Nintendo Direct recently showcased a brief trailer of Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition, hands-on reports indicate that the experience may fall short of some expectations. Renowned journalist Jason Schreier reported that the game operates at 40 FPS in Performance Mode when docked, disappointing fans who hoped for a smoother 60 FPS experience.
