During the timeline of Section 31, Scotty would be 102 years old, though he is actually 147 when he meets the crew of The Next Generation.
4 Captain Hikaru Sulu
Sulu Led The USS Excelsior As Captain

The fate of Captain Hikaru Sulu (George Takei) during Star Trek: Section 31 remains largely a mystery within the canon.
