The obstruction is caused by the presence of Biomass, which players must eliminate in order to continue their journey. The challenge arises from the fact that the Biomass can only be accessed and dealt with from within the office you seek to enter.

Finding the Solution

To tackle this puzzle, navigate from the blocked door towards the right side and then veer left. There, you will discover a window with a shattered panel, presenting an opportunity to peer inside—and crucially, shoot through. Using the screenshot above as a reference, identify the gas can located within. By targeting and shooting the canister with your handgun, players can ignite the Biomass, paving the way to unlock the previously inaccessible door.

Gaining Access to the Bolt Cutters

Once the Biomass is set ablaze and the door swings open, players will gain access to the office where they will discover the Bolt Cutter.
