Exploring Unity Hospital

One key area you’ll want to explore is the Hospital Director’s Room. During your journey as The Traveler, you are tasked with gathering three samples of Biomass Dissolving Toxin within Unity Hospital. Although the Director’s Room does not contain a sample, it holds an essential item crucial for solving the Chapel puzzle located near the primary save point on the first floor.

Finding the Passcode

To unlock this mysterious room, you’ll need to discover the passcode. Head to the wing housing the Director’s Room until you enter a large area filled with Biomass. From there, navigate left until you encounter a blocked door and a crouching point ahead. Press X or B to access the new area, then look to your left for a broken window that provides a view into the locked room. By shooting the gas can, you can clear the Biomass and gain entrance. Inside, don’t forget to check the document that reveals the passcode: 9509. Alternatively, you may enter the passcode directly if you prefer skipping the exploration phase.
