Discover QR Now for Your Business
QR Now is designed as a comprehensive web tool accessible across all devices, including desktops, smartphones, and tablets. The platform showcases various practical applications of QR codes through real-world examples, which can inspire businesses still figuring out how to implement this technology into their marketing strategies.

To begin using QR Now, users must create a free account. Signing up with a Google account grants a 7-day free trial, after which a paid subscription is necessary to continue utilizing their services.
Understanding Static vs. Dynamic QR Codes
Once logged in, users are brought to the QR Now Dashboard, a streamlined interface that allows for the easy management of QR codes. Users can create a single QR code or opt for a bulk QR code generation.
To initiate the creation of a new QR code, simply click the Generate QR code button.

On the subsequent page, you will need to select between a Static or Dynamic QR code.
The distinction between static and dynamic QR codes is fundamental. Static QR codes contain fixed content and cannot be modified post-creation, making them suitable for permanent information like business cards. On the other hand, dynamic QR codes provide flexibility, allowing content updates or URL changes after generation. This feature is particularly beneficial for ongoing marketing campaigns or evolving business needs, such as introducing new products or adjusting pricing.

While static QR codes don’t require internet access, they lack the tracking capabilities that dynamic QR codes offer. Dynamic QR codes depend on an active internet connection, as they utilize external servers to redirect users, ensuring updated content at all times.
For our review, we chose to create a new Dynamic QR code with options to link to a compilation of URLs.
Generating QR Code Content
The next step involves filling out the QR code content details. Begin by naming the QR code and choosing an appealing color scheme.

You can also upload your company logo and provide a title and description for your links.

Next, input your desired links, complete with names and descriptions. You may even attach a photo for each link, which will appear when users access the associated content.

In the following section, add social media accounts and tracking information, such as Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics.

Finally, customize a link that users will see when scanning your QR code. This will utilize the QR Now domain, but you can personalize the section that follows the slash.
Crafting Your QR Code Design
The next stage focuses on the visual appeal of your QR code. A well-designed QR code can effectively draw in customers.
Start by selecting a frame for your QR code from QR Now’s selection. Choose one that aligns with your code’s purpose.

Modify the frame’s background color, text, and additional features to align with your brand’s identity.
You can also customize the QR code colors, including the dot/square colors and background. Ensure there is enough contrast so that the QR code remains scannable, as poor contrast may prevent it from being scanned correctly.

QR Now offers options for different code patterns and corner styles, allowing for personalized designs until you achieve the desired look. Additionally, you can place your company logo in the center of the QR code.
Mobile users can follow similar steps, with a scaled-down version of the interface.

Enhanced Features with AI
For those seeking a unique edge, QR Now has integrated an AI feature that generates QR codes based on user prompts. While this feature is in beta testing, it presents fun opportunities for creativity.
In my experience generating AI codes, some attempts were overcomplicated, whereas simpler requests yielded satisfactory results. It may be best to experiment with intricate prompts to maximize the AI’s potential.

This feature holds promise, but for now, regular QR code creation may provide more reliable results unless you’re keen to explore AI’s capabilities further.
Efficient QR Code Management
All created QR codes appear immediately in your QR Now dashboard, allowing for effortless oversight.

Clicking on a QR code reveals options for viewing or downloading directly to your device. The platform supports SVG file formats for those preferring scalable graphics.

Managing each QR code is streamlined with a menu that offers options to Delete or Edit dynamic QR codes. You can even Pause campaigns to halt tracking if necessary.

The platform also includes analytics features, letting users see scan counts, geographical data, and device operating systems.
For recurring needs, QR Now allows users to create templates by selecting Templates in the dashboard menu and clicking on the Create template option. This convenient feature saves time when reusing designs.
The Bulk QR Code Generator is particularly advantageous for businesses with extensive needs, supporting dynamic codes exclusively. Users simply upload a CSV file to generate codes in URL or vCard formats.

Availability and Subscription Options
After the 7-day free trial, editing and downloading codes require a paid subscription:
- $39.95/month for 3 months
- $29.95/month for 6 months
- $19.95/month for 12 months
In summary, QR Now provides a robust platform for businesses looking to adopt QR codes as part of their marketing tactics. With an intuitive interface accessible on both desktop and mobile, an AI-powered generator, and an analytics dashboard to monitor performance, QR Now offers essential tools designed to enhance your QR code strategy.
