Corsair Unveils a Comprehensive Range of New PC Hardware at CES 2025
At CES 2025, Corsair, a frontrunner in the PC hardware market, showcased a remarkable spectrum of new products aimed at enhancing the computing experience for gamers and content creators alike. The presentation highlighted seven innovative product ranges that include updated power supplies, cases, RAM modules, external SSDs, and an impressive productivity touchscreen.
Upgraded RMe and HXi Power Supply Series
Corsair is enhancing its RMe PSU series with the introduction of the RMe 2025 edition. This new lineup features models with wattage specifications of 650W, 750W, 850W, and 1000W. Each unit boasts dual 12V-2×6 power connectors, ensuring compatibility with the latest NVIDIA RTX 40 and RTX 50 series graphics cards.
In tandem, the HXi PSU series will also see significant updates, introducing high-capacity models such as the HX1200i and HX1500i. Scheduled for release in the second quarter of the year, these power supplies include dual 12V-2×6 connectors compatible with the latest GPUs from NVIDIA and AMD. Both the RMe and HXi models come equipped with a Platinum CYBENETICS rating, ensuring up to 92% power efficiency. These power supplies are now readily available for purchase through Corsair’s distribution channels.
Introducing the 5000T Mid-Tower Cases
Corsair’s portfolio of PC cases expands with the new 5000T mid-tower series, designed with the modern builder in mind. These fresh cases are engineered for seamless compatibility with connector-less motherboards, including popular designs from ASUS, GIGABYTE, and MSI. The revamped series allows for easy installation and includes a refined cable management system—RapidRoute—facilitating an organized build process.
These cases come without pre-installed RGB LEDs, giving builders the freedom to add their preferred RGB or non-RGB cooling solutions and fans. They are now available through Corsair’s online retailers and authorized dealers.
Corsair Custom LAB DRAM and Dominator TITANIUM Wave Kits
Expanding on its hardware offerings, Corsair introduces exciting customization options for its Custom LAB DRAM. Customers can now select their desired memory capacity, speed, and latency, along with the aesthetic modifications of their RAM modules. Additionally, the DOMINATOR TITANIUM DDR5 has been upgraded with a new accessory kit, ensuring a sleek and high-performance appearance that matches the expectations of avid gamers.
The Corsair Custom LAB Vengeance RGB DDR5 will be available for purchase in Q1 2025, while the Dominator Titanium DDR5 kits can be acquired now.
Additions to Corsair’s Hardware Arsenal
In addition to the core hardware enhancements, Corsair announced the launch of the EX400U USB4 External SSD, capable of delivering exceptional speeds of up to 4000 MB/s for sequential read and 3600 MB/s for write operations. They also unveiled the XENEON EDGE 14.5″ LCD Touchscreen, which features a resolution of 2560x720p, allowing users to control applications more efficiently. The touchscreen supports a range of connectivity options, including USB Type C DP-Alt and HDMI.
The EX400U SSD will be available starting January 23rd and will come in capacities of 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB. The XENEON EDGE touchscreen is expected to hit the market in Q2 2025.
