“Concerns Over Diddy’s Reaction to Rejection”: Another Lawsuit Filed Against Combs as Disturbing Details Surface

On Friday, September 27, a new lawsuit was filed in the New York State Supreme Court against rapper Sean “Diddy”Combs. The plaintiff, a model identified as Jane Doe, claims that Diddy mistreated her over several years and even impregnated her.

In the legal filing, she alleges that Diddy utilized his ex, Yung Miami, to pressure her into obtaining an abortion. Furthermore, Doe asserts that during a four-year period, the rapper drugged and abused her repeatedly.

The lawsuit also indicates that Combs tracked her movements and monitored her phone. Jane Doe states that after visiting him in Miami in the spring of 2022, she awoke to find bruises on her feet and a bite mark on her heel.

Unaware of how she obtained these injuries, the lawsuit claims that Doe felt threatened and afraid for her safety if she did not comply with Diddy’s demands. It stated:

“Jane Doe was afraid of what Defendant Combs would do if she said no.”

This latest lawsuit against Sean “Diddy”Combs follows a previous incident involving his arrest for alleged sex trafficking. The allegations elaborate on the emotional damage caused to Doe and seek monetary damages.

The lawsuit claims that Diddy raped and mistreated her sexually for a period spanning from fall 2020 to July 2024, just months after Homeland Security Investigations executed searches at Combs’s residences in Miami and Los Angeles.

In the documents, it is alleged that Combs and his associates secretly recorded their sexual encounters, leaving the woman feeling anxious, depressed, and scared for her safety. The lawsuit further claims that Diddy maintained contact with Doe to “control her actions.”

Additionally, Diddy allegedly discouraged Doe from working by providing her an allowance, which he used as a means of control. The lawsuit also details an incident in July 2024, where Diddy “commanded”Doe to visit him in Miami. Upon her arrival, she alleged that he “shoved two pills in [her] mouth.” After attempting to drink water, she described the taste as “strange,”which made her feel unwell.

The lawsuit continues:

“The next morning, Jane Doe felt ill and confused and could not remember what happened the night before and the bedroom was in a disarray.”

Doe’s attorney, New York’s Napoli Shkolnik, criticized Combs, stating:

“No one is above the law.”

Furthermore, Napoli emphasized:

“Powerful figures in the entertainment industry have long exploited aspiring artists and fans. Recent high-profile lawsuits aim to hold these celebrities accountable, potentially transforming industry practices and providing justice for victims. Fame and wealth do not protect Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse.”

This lawsuit comes in the wake of Diddy’s recent arrest and subsequent imprisonment.

Combs Remains in Custody

Combs, aged 54, was arrested 10 days ago on racketeering charges, to which he pleaded not guilty. Following his arrest, an indictment revealed that federal authorities discovered drugs, weapons, and baby oil bottles at Combs’ residences in Miami and Los Angeles.

In these documents, federal prosecutors described Combs as the leader of an alleged criminal enterprise that routinely subjects women and others to physical and sexual abuse.

The indictment further alleges:

“Combs maintained control over his victims through, among other things, physical violence, promises of career opportunities, granting and threatening to withhold financial support, and by other coercive means, including tracking their whereabouts, dictating the victims’ appearance, monitoring their medical records, controlling their housing, and supplying them with controlled substances.”

In defense, Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, claimed that the prospect of a substantial financial payoff motivated the women accusing his client. However, he has not yet engaged with any media outlets regarding this matter.
