It is my sincere hope that Shuri receives ample opportunity to grow and thrive as the Black Panther prior to the introduction of a new T’Challa. Her arc in the comics has been rich with drama and excitement, which would translate beautifully into the MCU. Shuri could significantly contribute to the Avengers’ efforts and potentially star in her own sequel, Black Panther 3, before T’Challa’s character makes a reappearance.
