In the immersive world of *Dune: Awakening*, the first DLC, *The Lost Harvest*, presents players with a gripping challenge: assisting the survivors of a Spice Miner’s Guild harvester that has been downed. Thus far, your mission has involved restoring communications for the crew of the *Mithra*, retrieving guild tags from those who perished, and providing essential weapons and medical resources. Now, an urgent call for rescue has emerged.
Chief Hanso has uncovered the possibility of additional survivors trapped within the wreckage of the burning harvester. To ensure their safe extraction, players will need to engage in a thorough exploration. This guide will walk you through completing Chief Hanso’s *Lost Within* contract, which involves locating the roof hatch of the *Mithra* and rescuing three individuals amidst the chaos.
Join me as we follow Boris, our seasoned Mentat character, as he navigates the dangerous flames to save the sandworkers from certain doom.
Locating the Mithra Roof Hatch
Upon accepting the *Lost Within* contract from Chief Hanso, your primary goal is to find the roof hatch of the *Mithra*.To do this, you must first climb atop the harvester. Look for a structure protruding from the roof, marked clearly with red markings. This shelter conceals the vital hatch you need to access.
Boris could hear the desperate cries of the sandworkers trapped inside, motivating him to act swiftly.
Finding the First Survivor
With Liliha, his steadfast companion, Boris ventures into the wreckage. Once inside, direct yourself towards the West/North-West, carefully navigating through the flames to enter the door on the first floor. You will encounter the first survivor straight ahead. Adjacent to this survivor is a green identification band, essential for locating the next survivor.
Rescuing the Second Survivor
After ensuring the first survivor’s safety and acquiring the identification band, retreat to the previous room. Turn left and ascend to the second level. Crossing through the pentashield, continue to the far corner where you will find the second survivor. Another identification band lies nearby, which is vital for accessing the final survivor’s location.

Send the second survivor onward and collect the band that unlocks the door to the last survivor’s area.
Locating the Third Survivor
Descend to the first floor and return to the area previously occupied by the first survivor. You will notice a hallway to the left; venture down this path and to the right, there exists a pentashield that you can now access with the identification band collected earlier.
Enter the pentashield, where you will be greeted by the third survivor, bathed in a calming blue light.
Your task is nearly complete. Head back to Chief Hanso, sharing the triumphant news of your successful rescue and fulfilling the contract.
