To gain entry to the Mall, you need to retrieve the Mall Staff Entrance Key. This key can be found on a corpse hanging in the Butcher Shop located in the Town section. You can access the Butcher Shop through a partially open shutter door on the right side of the Mall.
Once you’ve secured the key, proceed to the staff entrance on the side of the Mall. Inside, locate the Pharmacy, a two-level establishment accessible from the right side on the first floor.
On the upper level of the Pharmacy, near the stairs, you’ll spot the small fridge that needs to be accessed. Before you can do so, ensure that power is restored to the Mall from the Basement level. After that, return to the Pharmacy to grab the Instant Photo located on the lower level. The symbols on the back of this item will provide crucial hints for solving the puzzle.
