Your search for Ragman’s SUV should begin in the sunken village area, specifically near the swamp located in the western part of the Shoreline map, not far from the Cottages where Sanitar may spawn. The Path to Lighthouse extraction point is also nearby, making it convenient to leave the map once you’ve found the SUV.

You won’t actually need to enter the swamp, as the SUV is situated on the periphery of this area. Given the expansive nature of this map, it’s advisable to carry an SJ6 injector as a precaution, particularly if your spawn point is at the opposite end of the map.
