The recent update 1.3 for Wuthering Waves has introduced three exciting new dishes. Among them, one is a character specialty dish crafted by The Shorekeeper, which is to be expected. The other two dishes are standard recipes available for purchase from an NPC at the Black Shores. Notably, each dish grants various buffs, but only the 3-star dish offers offensive benefits.
This article will delve into the effects of all the new dishes, along with a guide on how to acquire them in Wuthering Waves 1.3.

The Shorekeeper Specialty Dish – Creamy Clouds

When consumed, Creamy Clouds grants the following buffs:
- Increases DEF by 12% and Max HP by 22% for all team members, lasting 30 minutes. This effect only applies to your own Resonators in Co-op Mode.
Creamy Clouds offers similar benefits to Fisher’s Chowder but with slightly enhanced bonuses, which is expected as it is a variant dish.
