Complete Guide to Yhoran’s Tactical Trial Quest in Wuthering Waves

Yhoran’s Tactical Trial in Wuthering Waves takes place in the Black Shores. As the title implies, this quest consists of a series of trials that must be completed under specific conditions within a set time limit. Each challenge features various enemies and requirements, and successfully completing all trials will yield substantial rewards, including 10 Tidal Heritages and 30 Astrites.

Yhoran’s Tactical Trial Quest Location

To begin the quest, teleport to the Haven of Sprouts resonance beacon and head north to the shore, where you will encounter several red holograms. Approaching these holograms will initiate a combat challenge, starting the Yhoran’s Tactical Trial. Your goal is to defeat all enemies with at least 30 seconds remaining on the timer.

After the combat challenge, a cutscene will activate, and you will meet an NPC named Yhoran.

Complete the Tactical Trials Prepared by Yhoran Across the Black Shores

Upon speaking with Yhoran, seven new Tactical Trial locations will be marked on your map. However, you are only required to complete three Tactical Trials in the Black Shores Archipelago, not in Tethys’ Deep.

Here are the requirements for completing all Tactical Trials in the Black Shores Archipelago:

Yhoran’s Tactical Trial in Tethys Hub:

• Dodge one attack.
• Knock over the Hoartoise six times.
• Finish the trial with at least 30 seconds left.

Yhoran’s Tactical Trial in Haven of Sprouts:

• Perform two dodge counters.
• Use Intro Skill once.
• Finish the trial with at least 30 seconds left.

Yhoran’s Tactical Trial in TD Observatory:

• Take fewer than five hits.
• Defeat Cluster Prisms using Violet-Feathered Heron or Cyan-Feathered Heron.
• Defeat all Prisms within 45 seconds.

It is essential to complete all goals during each challenge. While the first two Tactical Trials are relatively simple, the TD Observatory trial may pose a greater challenge due to the Prisms. Therefore, it’s advisable to use a character with effective crowd control capabilities. Completing each Tactical Trial will grant you three Tidal Heritages. Gather all of them to reach the next objective.

Report to Yhoran at the Hall of Foreign Affairs

Next, head to the Hall of Foreign Affairs and speak with Yhoran. This will conclude the quest, rewarding you with 30 Astrites in Wuthering Waves.
