Completing the Brother Silas Quest in Fisch
Finding Brother Silas
Upon logging into Fisch after the update, players will notice numerous enhancements at the starter island, Moosewood, including the introduction of a new quest initiator. For those starting from a different spawn location, make your way to Moosewood, situated centrally on the map at the coordinates X= 350, Y= 135, Z= 250. If you’re unsure how to reach these coordinates, consider acquiring a GPS device within Fisch.
Moosewood has transformed, now featuring the Brother Silas NPC, who resembles the recent hippie designs introduced in the Grand Reef update. He can be found just past the Shipwright and behind Captain Ahab’s area, precisely where Clover McRich was located during the Lucky event.

Interacting with Brother Silas will transport you to the exclusive, temporary chamber known as Cult’s Curse.
Fishing Requirements for the Brother Silas Quest
In the Cult’s Curse chamber, you will find a quest board displaying the collective fish count caught on your server. To accomplish Brother Silas’s mission, all server players must cooperate to catch a total of 300, 000 fish as indicated on the board.
Your individual fishing total may differ from the collective server goal, but rest assured that updates on the total will be provided regularly.

The quest board features various checkpoints that reveal the rewards available based on the number of fish caught, resembling the earlier Valentine’s quest mechanic. As players progress, they can unlock up to five distinct rewards.
To expedite your fishing, it’s advisable to utilize a rod with enhanced Lure Speed, such as the Ethereal Prism Rod, or one that boosts reel speed, like the Tempest Rod. This will help you catch fish more efficiently.
Rewards for the Brother Silas Quest
Upon entering the Cult’s Curse chamber and accessing the quest board, you can unlock the following rewards based on your fish catches:
- 4, 200 fish: Ruined Dreamer Bobber
- 21, 400 fish: “Dreamer Revolution”
- 85, 700 fish: Cursed Storm Totem
- 171, 400 fish: Cult’s Curse Bestiary Pool
- 300, 000 fish: Cursed Rowboat
Rewards can be claimed at the radiant pedestal adjacent to the Cult’s Curse pool. To receive your items, approach the pedestal and press and hold the ‘E‘ key after meeting the required fish count.

It’s important to note that all rewards will be added to your inventory immediately upon unlocking, with the exception of the Cursed Storm Totem. To acquire this totem at 1, 000, 000 cash, you need to reach the 85, 700 fish milestone, a considerable price for most players.
Make it a priority to complete this engaging Fisch quest quickly, particularly to acquire the highlights of this update: the exclusive Cult’s Curse Pool bestiary and the Cursed Rowboat.

The Cult’s Curse pool enables you to catch exclusive, limited-time fish that are highly sought after. For optimal results, consider using a fishing rod that boasts high Resilience and Control statistics, as you may encounter fish with a formidable 95% progress speed effect.
Additionally, don’t forget to redeem the latest Fisch codes for some complimentary bait to aid in completing your bestiary. Finally, the Cursed Rowboat boasts impressive stats, making it a valuable reward for your efforts in completing the quest.
