To fulfill the requirements of the Anesthesia quest, players must complete the following four objectives:

Locate and mark the first trading post on Shoreline using an MS2000 Marker.
Locate and mark the second trading post on Shoreline using an MS2000 Marker.
Locate and mark the third trading post on Shoreline using an MS2000 Marker.
Safely extract from Shoreline while tagging the “Survived”status.

Finding the First Trading Post

Your journey begins at the Pier, situated in the southern section of the Shoreline map. As you enter this area, you’ll discover a stretcher positioned outside the entrance to the office building. To complete the first task, place your marker on the stretcher and remain stationary for 30 seconds.

Locating the Second Trading Post

Your next destination is the Cottages area, which is known for the potential spawning of Sanitar. Make your way to his locked villa where you will find a wooden table accompanied by a wheelchair. Interact with the table to place the MS2000 Marker and, after another 30-second wait, you’ll complete the second requirement.

Reaching the Third Trading Post

The final trading post can be found at the Health Resort. Navigate to the ambulance located beneath the sky bridge that connects the two wings of the resort. Here, you will see a stretcher; mark it with the MS2000 and promptly exit the area to complete the quest.

Note that it’s unnecessary to mark all three trading posts in a single raid. If you fall in battle while exploring, any trading posts you’ve already marked will still count as completed.

Strategic Tip: Steer clear of the Weather Station area, as this is where The Goons can spawn. Specifically, Birdeye, the sharpshooter of The Goons squad, poses a significant threat, often taking players out with sniper fire.
