Moreover, your interactions with specific NPCs, alongside their associated side quests, as well as your success in certain boss challenges, significantly affect which ending you can unlock.
Here’s a detailed breakdown of each ending and the precise actions you need to take—or avoid—to attain them.
WUCHANG: Successor of the Bo Ending
- In Chapter 1, engage in all dialogues with Bo Magus at either Buddha Cliffs or Doomwillow Beach.
- In Chapter 3, converse with Bo Magus at the Avian Dwelling Shrine, ensuring you select “Agree with…”.
- In Chapter 4, approach Du Yu in Annalum. When requested for assistance, decline firmly.
- In Chapter 4, defeat Bo Magus at the Underground Palace.
WUCHANG: Dream’s Sweet Deceit Ending
- In Chapter 2, complete all quests assigned by Fang Yao to enable her entry into Chapter 4.
- In Chapter 3, finish all quests given by Zhao Yun, allowing him to appear as a boss.
