Taylor Kinney returns as Lieutenant Kelly Severide, the company officer for the second shift of Rescue Squad 3. Initially portraying a womanizer, Severide has matured and now enjoys a more stable relationship. Kinney is also recognized for his performances in Zero Dark Thirty and Shameless.

2) David Eigenberg

David Eigenberg plays Lieutenant Christopher Herrmann, returning as the commanding officer for the second shift of Engine 51 and a seasoned firefighter. Known for his caring nature, Herrmann co-owns a bar and supports his team. Eigenberg is also famous for his role as Steve Brady in S*x and the City.

3) Christian Proud

Christian Stolte portrays Firefighter Randall “Mouch”McHolland, who serves as the driver of Truck 81 at Firehouse 51. Mouch is not only a veteran firefighter but also an engineer with the Chicago Fire Department and co-business owner with Herrmann. Stolte previously appeared in the film Public Enemies.

4) Joe Miñoso

Joe Miñoso stars as Firefighter Joe Cruz. Before his current role in Squad 3, Cruz drove Truck 81. Raised in a tough neighborhood by a strict Navy father, Cruz also has a brother who is a convicted felon.

5) Miranda Rae May

Miranda Rae Mayo plays Stella Kidd, the officer in charge of Truck 81 at Firehouse 51. Previously friends with Gabby, Kidd is a strong firefighter potentially playing a pivotal role in season 13. Mayo has been featured in series like True Detective and The Affair.

6) Daniel Kyri

Daniel Kyri takes on the role of Firefighter Darren Ritter. With a family connection to FDNY, Ritter’s path as a firefighter has faced challenges, including a prior suspension. Herrmann eventually recruits him for Firehouse 51. Known for his compassion, he has strong bonds with his coworkers.
