Following the lifting of the embargo on NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 5050 GPU, the company’s board partners are actively releasing their custom-made versions. Among these manufacturers is Colorful, a prominent AIB based in China that has launched several exciting variants of the new GPU.

Colorful Unveils Five Custom RTX 5050 Variants

Colorful is making a splash with its innovative designs for the GeForce RTX 5050, showcasing models across various series such as iGame, COLORFIRE Meow ORG, and Battle AX. These custom cards feature a mix of cooling solutions, with three models equipped with dual fans and two utilizing a triple fan setup, enhancing their heat dissipation capabilities.

Highlights of the iGame Series

In the iGame series, Colorful has rolled out two flagship models: the iGame GeForce RTX 5050 Ultra W OC 8GB-V and the iGame GeForce RTX 5050 Ultra W DUO OC 8GB-V. The Ultra W OC version features a robust triple fan design, while the DUO OC is streamlined with a dual cooling configuration. Both cards share identical design elements, equipped with 4+2 power phases and a boost clock reaching up to 2647 MHz, although their lengths differ considerably—314mm for the Ultra W and 243.5mm for the DUO OC.

The iGame models incorporate a trendy “Hip-Hop”aesthetic with Graffiti RGB lighting adorning a stylish white shroud, giving them a unique flair. Additionally, they include a convenient One-Key overclock button at the I/O interface, enabling users to easily enhance performance when needed.

Exploring the COLORFIRE and Battle AX Offerings

Next in line is the COLORFIRE GeForce RTX 5050 MEOW-ORG DUO 8GB edition. This model is characterized by its vibrant orange and white color scheme, alongside cat-themed accents on both the shroud and backplate. Its 3+2 power phase design and a boost clock of 2497 MHz suggest a slightly lower performance compared to the reference model, which boasts a boost frequency of 2571 MHz. Despite having similar dimensions to the iGame Ultra W DUO OC, the MEOW-ORG focuses more on aesthetic appeal than raw performance.
